We are three founders behind ANKOR
ANKOR started with a simple question:
What changes when the phone has a place of its own?
We built the app, shaped the product, tested it, and brought the first ANKOR into people’s homes.
Now we are ready for the next step.
The founder
The first ANKOR was built by our founder for his own flat: a mount on the wall, an NFC chip, and a shortcut that silenced the phone when it was placed. It looked unfinished, and it worked. Everything since is that idea, done properly.
I never set out to build a product. I came home, the phone pulled me in against my will, and I wanted one place in my flat where it wasn’t the one deciding.
Leon
Leon joined once the first version already existed and turned a working hack into a real product. He is the reason ANKOR is something you can order, instead of something we describe.
I founded ANKOR because restless minds don’t need fewer thoughts. They need fewer distractions — and more space to turn ideas into real life.
Daven
Daven is a Product Owner at Endress+Hauser in Reinach, leading a team in AI-supported B2B commerce, after MediaMarkt Switzerland and Manor. He joined ANKOR to give the way we build it the same structure as the product.
Ideas are rarely the problem. Execution is. I joined because this one is worth executing properly.
We are not starting from zero.
The idea has been built, tested, and used.
The next step is not proving that ANKOR can exist. It is making more of it.
