These terms apply to every order placed through ankor.one. Please read them before you order. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

ANKOR is a sole proprietorship under Swiss law, not an incorporated company. Your contract is with the owner named in the imprint.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Swiss francs and are final prices. We are not liable for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout and none is shown on your invoice. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm the order.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.

3. How an order comes about

Putting an item in the cart is not an order. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot deliver, we will say so and refund anything you have paid.

4. Availability

Every ANKOR is made in small numbers by hand. If an item is out of stock, the shop shows it as sold out and it cannot be ordered.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Where we ship

Switzerland only. We do not currently ship abroad. If you order from elsewhere, we will contact you and refund the order.

7. Delivery and risk

Every ANKOR is made in small numbers by hand, so delivery times are indicative and not binding. We tell you if something takes longer. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.

8. Returns, 14 days, voluntary

Swiss law gives no right of withdrawal for online purchases. We grant one anyway: you may return an unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. The conditions and the procedure are in our return policy.

9. Defects and warranty

Your statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply, two years from delivery for consumers. If a product is faulty, write to hello@ankor.one and describe the fault. We repair, replace or refund. Return shipping for a genuine defect is on us. This is separate from the voluntary 14-day return above.

10. The app

The ANKOR app is free and currently available for iOS only. It uses Apple's own Screen Time features to silence the apps you choose. We cannot guarantee that Apple keeps these features available, or that the app works on every device or every iOS version. The docks work as objects without the app.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.

13. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory place of jurisdiction the law gives you.
