You get Member in the ANKOR app.
Open the app, go to Settings and choose ANKOR Member. You pay through your Apple or Google account, and you cancel there too, whenever you want.
Scan your ANKOR once in the app and everything that comes with it is unlocked, also on a new phone with the same account.
Without Member, your ANKOR still does its job.
With your ANKOR the app is free for good: tapping to anchor, three profiles, Friends, a three minute pause in every session, one emergency exit, the share card and your child’s phone in ANKOR Family.

Do I need a subscription to use ANKOR?
No. With your ANKOR the app is free: anchoring, three profiles, Friends, a three minute pause and one emergency exit. Scan your ANKOR once in the app and your phone is unlocked, also on a new iPhone with the same Apple Account.
What is ANKOR Member?
With Member you decide when your phone goes quiet and when it opens again. Your evening starts on its own at the time you choose, you set up as many profiles as your life has, your friends see what you are doing, and with ANKOR Family you decide when your child’s phone belongs on the ANKOR.
What does Member cost?
CHF 12 a month or CHF 80 a year, and the first month is free. Around the launch Member is also available forever, as a one-time purchase of CHF 129. You buy and cancel Member in the app, through your Apple or Google account.
What is the pause?
In every session you can pause for three minutes, at most once an hour. Your apps open, and after three minutes your phone goes quiet again on its own. The pause is free for everyone.
What is an emergency exit?
When your phone is anchored and you are away from your ANKOR, an emergency exit gets you out anyway. You have one for free, for good. After that one more costs CHF 4.95, or you take Member and have as many as you need. Your ANKOR on the wall always opens your phone at no cost, and calls always come through.
I had ANKOR before the update. Do I lose anything?
No. What you already use stays free: your profiles, schedules, status and Family. Emergency exits follow the new rule for everyone: one is free, then CHF 4.95 or Member.
My ANKOR is not recognised.

Does my child’s phone need Member?
No. On your child’s phone everything is free, and it never shows a price.
