You may return an unused ANKOR within 14 days. Swiss law does not require this, we offer it because you are buying an object you have only seen in photographs.

The 14 days

The 14 days run from the day the parcel reaches you. Write to hello@ankor.one within that time with your order number and we will send you the return details.

What we take back

• Unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with everything that came in the box.

• A dock that has been mounted with the adhesive plate counts as used. Try it first without mounting.

Who pays what

You pay the return shipping. We refund the product price, and the original shipping cost if you return the whole order, to the means of payment you used, within 14 days of the parcel arriving back with us.

If something is faulty, this is not a return

A defect is a warranty case, not a return, and the two-year statutory warranty applies. Write to us and describe the fault. We repair, replace or refund, and the return shipping is on us.

Reservations

A reservation is free and takes no money, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel any time by writing to hello@ankor.one.
