ANKOR is a sole proprietorship, the owner is named in the imprint. Write to the address above for anything on this page.

What we collect, and why

• When you order: name, delivery address, email, and the order itself. We need this to deliver and to keep the books.

• When you write to us or fill in a form: your email and whatever you tell us. We use it to answer you.

• When you reserve an ANKOR Two: your email, and your name if you give it. We use it to contact you when the product is ready. Nothing else.

• When you visit: our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed, and we see aggregated visitor statistics. We do not build profiles and we run no advertising trackers.

Who else sees it

Only services we need to run the shop, and only as far as they need it:

• Framer, hosting of this website.

• Shopify and its payment providers, for the shop and for payments.

• Google, when a form entry is written into a spreadsheet we use to keep track.

• Our email provider, and the postal or courier service that brings you the parcel.

Some of these companies are based outside Switzerland, including in the EU and the United States, so your data may be processed there. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it on for advertising.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are needed to make it work, and Shopify sets its own cookies during checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for ten years, because Swiss bookkeeping law requires it. Everything else only as long as we need it, and we delete it when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@ankor.one and we will answer. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Bern. If you are in the EU, the GDPR rights apply to you in addition, including data portability.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Payment data never reaches us: it goes directly to the payment provider.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
